Auditorium
The auditorium with state-of-the-art multimedia system. It is frequently used for presentations, seminars, fests, events of the college.Equipped with modern facilities like multimedia projector and sound systems, the auditorium has large lobbies and verandahs ideally suited to hold International Conferences and Exhibitions.
kalaignar Auditorium has a capacity of 1500 seating and an excellent stage to be used for all common functions , events , cultural activities, sporting activities and other games also use to be organized here
Hostel
In Our institution we are providing hostel facility for both genders separately with all facilities and with a choice of between vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. However, we try our best to provide accommodation to the needy students from areas outside and various parts of our country/ world.
Computer terminals are available in each hostel for the students. Each room is provided with a telephone. The rooms are spaciously designed with adequate storage moving areas. The wi-fi facility extends to most of the hostels. In addition, some rooms are provided with a wired connection. Access to internet from hostels is a facility that aids the quest for knowledge. Each hostel is attached with a modern kitchen, a dining hall, a reading room with newspapers, periodicals and magazines, a TV and a telephone.
Sports
Our College focuses on the holistic development of students. As a sequel to this, equal emphasis is laid on sports and games along with academics. Students are encouraged to participate and excel in sports in order to provide relaxation, channelise their energy, nurture competitive spirit, enhance team spirit and achieve leadership qualities.
Sport is an integral part of the curriculum, various sports facility is provided to the students within the campus. The college is committed to create a balanced atmosphere of academic, cultural and sports activities for the overall personality development of its students. Various sports competitions such as inter departmental, Inter collegiate, Inter University, etc help in developing team spirit in students. Their interpersonal relationship is enhanced in a very healthy manner. Students are provided with honors like medals, trophies and certificates.
'Sports and Games' is an area much sought after by the student community of this college. Playground and Equipment for outdoors and indoor games facilities are available for meeting the enthusiasm of such students and faculty. Men and women vie with each other to participate in games like Cricket, Foot ball, Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Table Tennis, Ball-Badminton, Badminton, Chess, Throw Ball, etc and in various athletic events.
Students of this college have achieved remarkable feats as Winners and Runners-up ranging from the Inter-collegiate to University level in games and athletic events and have retained the championship in the University Division.
Many of our students have won medals and cash prizes at Anna University and Zonal and Inter-Zonal levels and State level trounaments in Throw Ball, Volley Ball, Table Tennis and Foot Ball.
