Training and development

Kingston engineering College, takes various initiatives for the students with the best career opportunities. The college has appointed in house well qualified, experienced technical & soft skill trainers, transform the skills as industry expected way, and organize various campus recruitment drives which students get placed in various national, multinational companies with high salary packages.

We started training from their first year, started with verbal communication skills and strengthening the student’s confidence to communicate through English, we have a dedicated lab for virtual verbal listening and speaking skills, In the second year of training we concentrate only on aptitude, problem solving skills, in the third year full of technical skill transformation training, based on the students interested domain, full freedom to the students to choose their interested domain and we are supporting them to achieve good heights with good confidence and without strees.

We are closely connected with various industries and getting their real time problems in technology, business models and employee engagements, our faculties discussing these task’s with the students assist them for getting real time positive outcomes, we organize regular industry visits for our faculties then the experience will be transform to the students before taking them to the industries for visit.

Our students are undergoing internship training programmes only from the industries in our tie up, signed a MoU with more than 50 industries in various domain.

Our faculties are providing training session to the industries and NGO’s based on their requirements like (Updation in technology, in service training, personality development, time management etc.

More than 3 decades of experience in industry and institution, headed a sales team in software & training companies, Post graduated in Management studies, capable of identify the industry expectations from fresher engineers,

He has a good relationship network with various top level management peoples of various core engineering & software companies. In the last 13 years of experience as placement head in various institutes he placed nearly 5000+ fresh engineers & MBA’s in various corporate companies.

He organized various industry visits for faculties, students in engineering, software companies and organized 100+ guest lecturers for the students from industry eminent technical, HR & Top level management peoples, for bridging the gap between the industry expectations from institutes. He received various awards for tremendous service, gave 100+ guest lectures and training for various college students, industry employees.
